Spainish house flight pain

Spain is introducing tough new security measures this summer, so my flights to visit some off-plan villa projects are gonna be a bit tedious.  News reports are stating that the following will be required:
  • Full names
  • Nationality
  • Date of Birth
  • Travel document details of every passenger
Apparently it all starts on the 13 of June.  The reason for this is something called API, which the Spanish authorities are implementing.  The API is part of a treaty to harmonise immigration between 15 European nations.....and err it would appear that Britain decided not to sign up to it. 

Anyone wonder why we want to live abroad!

Buying property abroad

I've been looking around for members of an independent investment property world-wide network who will keep a watchful eye on the latest trends and property investment opportunities across the globe.

Would you agree that clients should be offered only the most carefully selected and qualified property investment process products available on the international real estate market today? Please remember that whether you are buying a property abroad just as a holiday home or simply as a pension property investment it is imperative that you research all aspects of the property purchase. Caveat Emptor!

Comprehensive research should be conducted by your broker, allowing you to make educated and well informed buying decisions about where and which property to buy.
